    AT1051Z Switching Power Supply Fan Controller

    General Description
    The AT1051 is a high efficiency, low BOM cost FAN controller for PC and Server Power Supply. It could real
    time feedback both Mother Board and Power Supply temperature signals through TSET and FANCMD setting.
    TSET connect a thermistor to gnd, and a resister to TEAO to seting the analog thermal feedback voltage, The TEAO voltage decide the PWM duty signal to control the FAN speed from PWMO. The Mother Board thermal information usually is duty PWM signal, the signal would input to controller from FANCMD and integrated to a DC voltage to decide the feedback duty cycle to PWMO to modulate the FAN speed.
    AT1051 also integrated a boost convertor inside the chip.
    When Power Supply temperature increased and result in TEAO larger than 3.6V the boost loop would be
    enable.
    AT1051 would enter turbo boost mode to boost VCC up to 16V to speed up the FAN. And if the tempture
    is so high that TEAO is larger than 3.8V, PGO would be pull low to shutdown the Power system.

    AT1002Z Dual Operation Amplifier

    General Description
    The AT1002Z is a highly integrated solution for PSU(power supply unit) application requiring a remote sense feedback to regulate the feedback voltage. AT1002Z integrates two Op-Amps and a 1msec counter to control the sequence of the chip.
    It is designed to allow for operating a wide supply voltage range from 8V to 24V. The internal excellent offset
    voltage cancellation mechanism makes the low offset voltage have good line regulation with flexible external

    AT1001Z Wide Input Range Data demodulation PWM controller

    General Description
    The AT1001Z is a three channel data demodulator that transfer the analog input signal into a PWM duty signal for the followed EMP(energy measurement processor).
    The fourth output signal provide the phase shift information between channel one and two. AT1001Z is designed to allow for operating a wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 24V.
    The internal excellent linrarity modulation mechanism makes the converting have good line regulation with flexible external supply voltage design. The PWM signal is operated in a 5kHz switching frequency and a fixed 2k output driving impedance. The devices are available in PSOP-8L packages and require very few external devices for operation.

    AT8853Z Single Channel Synchronous Buck PWM Controller

    General Description
    AT8853Z is a single channel output synchronous PWM controller IC which drives dual N-channel
    MOSFETs.
    AT8853Z is provided in full functions for various applications including adjustable soft start ,free-run
    150kHz and also could be adjust by RT pin; the part is with design in 12V+12V boot strapped driver which is
    capable to drive MOS with up to 25Amp output current.
    The part features with full protection functions include POR, OCP, UVP, OVP. The Power on reset circuit
    monitors the VCC and OCSET voltage to make sure the supply voltage exceeds the threshold voltage while controller start running.
    The Over current Protection monitors the current drop across the high side MOS`s Rdson ,while the output current reaches the trip point, the controller will stop switching. Under voltage Protection and Over voltage protection monitor the FB pin for Vout short circuit(to gnd or VIn) protection when output voltage is under 50% or over 120% of normal output voltage.
    The devices is available in SOP-14L package and require few external devices for operation.

    General Description
    AT8852Z is a dual channel output synchronous PWM controller IC which drives dual N-channel
    MOSFETs in 180 degree phase shift and operated base on ATK patented Fsw Green Mode function to achieve light load high efficiency performance.
    AT8852Z is provided in full functions for various applications including adjustable soft start ,free-run

    AT2003S is a wide input voltage, high efficiency stepdown DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (ConstantOutput Voltage) mode or CC (Constant OutputCurrent) mode.
    AT2003S provides up to 3A output current at 120kHz switching frequency ,and the CC level can be
    adjusted by changing external sensing resister.

    General Description
    AT2001 is a wide input voltage, high efficiency stepdown DC/DC converter that operates in either CV (Constant Output Voltage) mode or CC (Constant Output Current) mode.
    AT2001 provides up to 1.3A output current at 135kHz switching frequency without additional transistor.
    Internal sensorless CC control eliminates the expensive, high accuracy current sense resistor, and making it
    ideal for battery charging applications and adaptors with accurate current limit.
    AT2001 achieves higher efficiency than traditional constant current switching regulators by eliminating the external current sense resister associated power loss.
